>From the Menu, Tools>Selection Wizard (also the icon with the little arrow 
pointing right.
First menu, 'Output Type', select ADIF File
then from Select Record Filters, select the filters you want so that you get 
all but only the qsos you want.
Click 'OK'
Click 'Start'

A window will open giving you the opportunity to give this file a name and 
also you can choose where to save it.
