Yes you can, just queue the QSL card as you would normally for printing, but instead of going to your printer select the BMP format in the drop down box. I believe the top item in the box is Preview, followed by Printer etc. etc.... down to BMP file. Now tell us how you found the label utility to be from Combat - can you send me a link to that web page please.. I found one web site for Combat Software but not sure if it is the same company.
