I reinstalled DXbase2003 on a P3 using Windows XP, sp2. When DXbase program is 
started up it loads the selected database file and then givers this message in 
a pop up and won't allow any further action:

"Too few parameters. Expected 1.

CXan someone tell me what thi message means and how to correct it?

Gary,

What you describe sounds like differences in your Vista printer/video 
drivers as compared to what you had on your previous machine.  The action 
you took to correct the issue was the right thing to do.
