Open the database for labels under tools and then go to the QSO Label tab and look at the far right side of the file for OPRCALL and this callsign has to match the one in the window in the Select Window Type - Operator Callsign box. If they do not match then they do not print. The field is editable in the database lookup so if there are errors they can be corrected there. If you load a log and enter the wrong callsign in the operator callsign box in the upload box this can happen. Plus the callsign in the operator callsign box has to match one of the licensed calls in your registration file from Jack. 73 Garth VE3HO
