Joe, I had a KAM Plus before I replaced it with a HAL P-38, which I replaced with MMTTY. Most RTTY ops would say the KAM is inferior to soundcard-based MMTTY.
I first used the DOS program that came with the KAM Plus. I subsequently used Writelog and XPWare, which was a nice, general purpose (non-contest) RTTY program. I think I also used DX4WIN, using the KAM Plus in terminal mode. I used DX4WIN for a year in the late 1990s when DXbase for Windows first came out. Jim N7US -----Original Message----- Is any DXbase user using the Kantronics KAMPlus TNC for coping RTTY? And, if so, what program are you using to talk with the TNC? 73 Joe wa6axe
