Nick,
I've never heard of anything like this in the past. I do not know what
application is generating the error you mention but I don't think it comes
from anything in DXbase. Since it is intermittant, it leads me to think it
is something on your machine such as maybe memory corruption or shortage, or
video driver issue, maybe an XP file corruption associated with serial port
communications... the list is endless. I guess all you can do is try to
diagnose your machine and the applications you have installed.

When I connect to DX Cluster via telnet by selecting "New Internet
Cluster" from the Window toolbar menu, I get "Error 157" in a small pop-up
window. Dxbase then crashes.
This happens on average one in ten times.
Anyone saw this before?
