I use the DXBase 2004 daily. For some time now I have had a problem when I want to close DXBase 2004. After clicking close, I can see that the program saves all the QSO's and then this error message comes up. Reserved error (-1601) If I click OK, DXBase is still open and I can't shut it down. I have to go to Windows XP's Taskmanager and shutdown DXBase2004.exe to get DXBase to close. I also use this excellent program for antoher call that I hold with a separate database for this call. I do not have this problem then, so I expect there is a problem with the database for that other call. Have anyone any clues on how to fix this? Any tools that I could try to 'clean' my database? LA9DFA.mdb is the one witj problems. It's about 120Mb in size JW9DFA.mdb is the one that works ok. It's about 11Mb in size. Could the size of the db cause this problem? I don't think so J Please, if anyone could give me a tip here. I have searched the Help-file in DXBase with no luck. Even tried to search on Google.com, but no luck.
