I have DXBase on this Vista Premium machine...
Well this last weekend was the reason.
I use my HamRadio only machine for the Contest program (Writelog).
I used the Vista machine running DXB with the DX Info window enlarged.
Filters set to fill the DX Info with 'unconfirmed' 80/40 ssb cluster spots.
This worked well and I actually did manage to work 4 band mode stations I
still need to confirm, 2 of which were all time new countries on those low
bands.
