Joe, I do it this way with a conditional line:
IF(Len(MGR)>0,IF(MGR=CALL,"","via: "+MGR),"") The result is, if there is NO manager nothing is printed. The managers call is only printed as: via: Manager's Call if I have added it to the QSL data. It would be a great addition if we could also get the manager's country code for sorting on, I was told this cannot be done.
