Tnx Joe for the input. I switched off AFC. Now the Demodulator stays at 2125/170. This is helpful for tuning with the XY scope. Can't think of any reason for turning on the AFC? It seems every selection within the AFC caused the Demodulator Mark/Space to change. And then the XY scope was not at right angles when a station was tuned in properly.

When I personally operate with MMTTY Engine or Full-version MMTY or my AXETTY - I always call for "Fixed" Shift .. but, this is my personal preference. Your own operating might be different. 73 JOe wa6axe ---------------------------------------- > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Thu, 19 Mar 2009 10:57:25 -0400 > Subject: [Dxbase] AXETTY 1.08 > > > Anyone else seeing this problem or have an idea how to correct? > > I set up the Demodulator to HAM default 2125/170. > The Mark and Shift windows are set to 2125 and 170 respectively. > I click on HAM and Set Default Demodulator at the bottom of the screen.
