You are absolutly right Dave.  I found it as n1pd.zip and the properties
show it to be a reg file.  It was actually on my desktop from over 2 years
ago!  Backed up now with my log database.

Nope it should be a .reg file the p12 file is for LoTW I think.. 
How did you search it with your call? 
The origional file if done over the internet came in a yourcall.zip format
if i remeber right . 
At leats i have it saves on my machine as N8DC.zip and N8DC.reg.

Check to see if you have a file named yourcall.p12. 
I have been trying to figure this out. That might be it. I actually have 2
of those files backed up for both my calls. Also, the main database file
named yourcall.mdb is just a Microsoft Access file and can be accessed
directly by Access. One more thing, I have a copy of the install file for
both Dxbase 2002 and Dxbase 2007 if anyone gets in a bind.
