Simple, Bill. In the "Select" column, check off the QSO's you want to be
credited for each DXCC entity. When they are credited by ARRL, check
"Award" for DXCC.

Subject: RE: [Dxbase] DXCC Submission Confusion

Kim,

Thanks for asking this question because I was thinking about asking
something very similar. Unfortunately, George's solution for you doesn't
seem to be a solution for me.

I have never made a application for any DXCC awards using DXBase although I
have been using it for years. I was wondering how to get my records to show
that I have credit for all the DXCC/Band/modes that I have.

In the past I have done a print out from the LOTW credits of each band and a
print out of the numeric list of countries my DXBase says I have credit for
- compared them and then gone to my cards to get the ones that I have that I
don't have credit for. This is a long process and I think there must be an
easier way.

The other night I decided that I would do a form for a QSL application using
the one in DXBase but DXBase selected different contacts than the ones that
I have credit for. AM I doomed to continue my past practice or is there
some fairly convenient way to make DXBASE match credits for what I already
have so that next time when I prepare my application, DXBase will select
only the cards/contacts that I Don't have credit for?

This must be simple but in all the time I've used DXBase, I've never done
it...
