If a spot is on the same freq as a reasonably recent one then it is not added to the window. I rather like that feature as it prevents the window from filling up with one station on the same freq.

Seems like I have seen this happen before (DXB missing spots in the DX Info window but showing up in the Internet Cluster Window).
