If a spot is on the same freq as a reasonably recent one then it is not
added to the window. I rather like that feature as it prevents the window
from filling up with one station on the same freq.

Subject: [Dxbase] Missing a spot in DX Info Window

Using DXBase 2007 -

Just worked E51XIW on 3.5 mhz. This station was spotted on VE7CC which I
have feeding DXB. Funny thing is DX Info window showed the spots both before
and after this E51. Why did it not get this particular spot? Perhaps a
filter setting somewhere in DXB? This Spot was sent by two different VE7s
and neither made it to the DX Info window. Seems like I have seen this
happen before (DXB missing spots in the DX Info window but showing up in the
Internet Cluster Window).
