I had complaints about this issue as well, this is what i did that helped this 
issue.

First, is your VE7CC running separately or is DXB linked to VE7CC?  Linking DXB 
to VE7CC works best and not dropped calls observed.

Second, if running separately are you connected to the same packet node?  If so 
make sure you use call sign WA9YSD-2 and WA9YSD.  I used WA9YSD in the logging 
program packet and when connecting to packet with VE7CC soft ware I use 
WA9YSD-2.

Third, with DXB and VE7CC linked I just use WA9YSD I for got if I used 2 calls 
as well.

Forth, did this situation happen during a contest?  Maybe this sync issue with 
DXB did not dissapear.

Fifth, Defrag your hard drive ever 2 weeks, clean up your drive from Cache and 
the sort every 2 weeks as well.  This too will clear up this problem from 
happening.

Sixth, I know I forgot something else.
