I've finally gotten around to installing and setting up the latest DXBasePSK
program (V2.28). I now have a continuing problem with the WINSPSK.CHM Help
file. When I try to open it I get an error message that "Navigation to the
webpage was canceled... What you can try: Retype the address." I've asked
about this before, but haven't gotten an answer. I have downloaded the MS
Help32.exe file that was dropped by MS with the release of Vista, but that
apparently isn't the fix as the problem continues. Now when I'm trying to
run the DXBasePSK program and I hit the F1 Macro key to send a message the
WINPSK.CHM Help window pops up with the error message about the navigation
to the webpage was canceled.

How do I get the Help file to work correctly, i.e., what is the webpage
address it is trying to find and how do I get that entered into the Help
application? Also how do I get the F1 macro to send the macro rather than
attempt to open the defective Help window?
