Do you have a 64bit registry key for DXBase. If not you will need to create one by editing you 32 Bit key file as in the instructions from an earlier Message from Jack. You will need to change the numbers In his instructions where he has dxb2007 you would need To use dxb2006. I assume this will work with DXBase 2006 But I have not tried it.
