Yes, that would definitely solve the problem. The remaining user group would be small enough that Neal could "handcraft" DXBase versions for each user.
Neal seems to understand all of the flaws in the Microsoft systems. I hope that will soon be translated into a robust version of DXBase that can be run on Windows 7 without being "hand-tooled."
