just my 2 cents, but this sound more like shielding issues on the current 
computer, not the softwares problem.....

It may actually be getting in via the keyboard, or mouse, whther they are 
wireless or not, cable acting as an antenna.   simulates a keystoke, or 
other strange stuff.

I have had this similar issue back on the old ts440, using only an mc60 
deskmike. got rid of the deskmike, went to a shure 444, or heil (forget now 
which)   and my problem disappeared.
