I use Windows Vista, DxBase2007 and the RigExpert Tiny Radio interface to communicate with my IC-7000. My PC mounts the interface on Com port 21 and 22 because most of the lower port numbers are in use. This works fine when I use MixWin for digital modes but DxBase seems to require that the com port number is 16 or lower. As a result I am unable to connect DxBase2007 to my radio.
Is it me or is this a known problem.
