Hi Bill

Go to the Tools->Database Access and select the item for States. This will
allow you to edit the state definitions in the database. Look for the State
you are missing. You will find its not in there probably. Add it (go to the
end of the table and add it there). Do this for each of the states you are
getting this message for. Then do an initialize Table and you should be good
to go!
