Arnie, In DXbase2007 - when you go to PRINT the QSL cards - in the small pop-up window that is entitled: "Select Label Type" -- there is a textbox that is named as: Operator Callsign -- you only need to type in the "one" Operator Callsign (LA3LJ versus LA3LJ/P) that you are going to PRINT at that time ...
Any of the QSL Card files/Label Files that you had in 2005/2006 can be copied and pasted into your DXbase2007 Labels directory -- there is nothing that needs to be done - as the version of the COMBIT s/w that 2005, 2006, and 2007 is using is the SAME.
