When I run contests, I generate the Cabrillo and ADIF file from my test
program (Win-Test). I send off the cabrillo file to the test organizer, and
always import the ADIF into DXBase. I then export ADIF from DXBase, sign it
with TQSL before uploaded to LoTW - bankers!.

I also had some issues when I first started using DXBase, with duplicate
QSO's etc. But found the way I described above as the best way of doing
it.....
