I have the same problem. I called the DX folks at the ARRL and you are going to need to send the cards back in to get those credits. I decided it wasn't worth the trouble.

Within DXBase, is there a way to know about entity credit but not about band credit? If not, and if I want to also chase band/countries what should I do? Should I simply remove the DXBase flag denoting that that I have DXCC credit for the country (because that entry is associated with a band) such that DXBase will generate QSL requests for the proper band/countries when I work them?
