Joe, I found the text problem with OPCALL and CALL so I will post on the reflector for all. It seems that under Text Properties - Layout - Wrap was set to truncate instead of WRAP. That fixed the one issue with poor formatting.
I am not sure why the preview for my Wordmark.bmp image looks funny, but it does print OK. Looking forward to experimenting with the new features I have found in the Card design programme.
