Perhaps the cluster that you connect with has changed it's format for a DX spot and resulting in DXbase not being able to distinguish the DX call. I do not see that issue with the cluster that I use here. You may want to try connecting with a different cluster.
Of course, I am assuming that you have not changed the DXbase options for "DX de" which tells DXbase how to recognize a DX spot.
