Joe, Check out the help file in the "Error Messages" section. It describes the issue you mention along with a way to fix it.

I tried a database repair but it did not seem to do anything. The little icon spins one time and then sits there until I close it out. I can see my contacts, just not in the summary table. I was able to load a contest database and it initialized fine, so I am think it is this database.
