My Alert filter settings are "Not Confirmed" and "Mixed Mode Separate Band" - as I am only looking for band countries regardless of mode.
May have it now working OK -- I closed DXBase and re-booted (again), and seems to be working as it should. At least I am not getting all of the Cluster spots in the DX Info window - will see what happens when a spot comes through that matches my alert filter settings.
