Just a heads-up about two callsigns that will need to be mapped in the CALL MAP
table ...
(1) Just saw that the callsign 9M6/OH2YY will be used from Layang Layang,
Spratly Islands (AS-051)
from 23-26 March 2012. This callsign will default to East Malaysia (9M6)
because of the
Alias Map table mapping.
This callsign is not currently MAPPED in the CALLMAP table -- so, if you want,
simply make a dummy QSO with this callsign and change the PREFIX column
of your logbook mdb file to 1S and then when the pop-up asks you if you want
to save this 9M6/OH2YY mapped to 1S -- say YES/OK ---- Then delete that dummy
QSO ..
The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this
station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...
(2) Just saw that the callsign UE85DRK will be used from the Komi Republic
until 25 March 2012. This callsign will default to Asiatic Russia (UA0)
because of the
Alias Map table mapping. Please note that DXCC wise, as of 1 December 2011
stations located in Komi
count for European Russia (not Asiatic).
This callsign is not currently MAPPED in the CALLMAP table -- so, if you want,
simply make a dummy QSO with this callsign and change the PREFIX column
of your logbook mdb file to UA and then when the pop-up asks you if you want
to save this UE85DRK mapped to UA -- say YES/OK ---- Then delete that dummy
QSO ..
The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this
station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...
