DX Atlas 2.3 has been released. New in this version: - support of Windows 7; - corrected country and province boundaries; - updated prefix, city and island lists; - updated time zone information; - updated ionospheric model. The high resolution relief dataset that previously was an optional download is now included in the standard package. The update is free for all registered users.
