Frank, I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 as the O/S .. I loaded DXbase2007 ver 1.10, my AutoLOTW ver 2.61, and TQSL program ...
After setting up all of the three programs, I ran my AutoLOTW ver 2.61 program and it worked perfectly ... So, YES -- I can validate that AutoLotw 2.61 works fine under windows 8 O/S ...
