Just a heads-up about a callsign that is in the AMBIGUOUS category for Prefixes
...
Just saw that the callsign TX1CW will be used from from New Caledonia
during 24-25 November. This callsign will default to France (F) because of the
Alias Map table mapping - and, because this is one of those Ambiguous prefixes.
This callsign is not currently MAPPED in the CALLMAP table -- so, if you want,
simply make a dummy QSO with this callsign and change the PREFIX column
of your logbook mdb file to FK and then when the pop-up asks you if you want
to save this TX1CW mapped to FK -- say YES/OK ---- Then delete that dummy QSO
..
The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this
station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...
Here are FOUR other portable callsigns that need to be MAPPED in the CALLMAP
also:
VK9/OG1M -- map to VK9L
VK9/OH3X -- map to VK9L
VK9/OH1VR -- map to VK9L
VK9/OH3JR -- map to VK9L
