Is there a way that DXBase can alert me to a station or prefix that is NOT needed? e.g. suppose I would like to be alerted to a friend being spotted, even though I DON'T need him for any of the bands/modes, iotas, etc. I know I can exclude specific spots under "Tools". I'm trying to figure out how to do the opposite - include spots even when not needed.
