Neal, As someone has already suggested, the ARRL does NOT take an ADIF file
for LOTW.  You must take your ADIF file and use TQSL to convert the ADIF
file to a TQ8 file.  This assures that the file is in fact coming from you
and is password protected.

Stewart,
The output is fine for ARRL. It has the required fields for LoTW. It also
has fields present so you could export your log as ADIF, import it back and
all of the DXBase-specific fields (like Spec1, Spec2) will be restored.
