Well, after seeing what was in the dxbatlas.ini file -- I wanted to find out
WHY the Set Home coordinates (in RADIANS) was SAVED to the dxbatlas.ini
file.

Since the DXAtlas Lat/Lon coordinates (shown in the DXInfo sub-window) are
ALWAYS drawn from the dxb2007.ini file -- I wondered what would happen "if"
I leave the DXbase User Options "QTH Location" BLANK .. SO, I deleted all info
in the User Options / QTH Location Lat/Lon -- and save that by exiting User
Options
and then exiting DXbase ..

Brought DXbase2007 back up and BOTH Lat/Lon were BLANK in the User Options.
And, the Coorindates in the DXInfo sub-window (DXAtlas) were ALSO BLANK ..
Pressed the CONNECT button for DXAtlas -- got a WARNING pop-up that said that
the coordinates info can not be BLANK .. Cleared that WARNING -- and VOILA!!
DXAtlas Opened
with the "Home Location" in DXAtlas showing the coordinates (Bogus ones that I
had
typed in and had hit SET HOME in the previous opening of DXbase2007) ..

So, in summary -- the dxbatlas.ini entry for
Latitude =
and
Longitude =

Is there as a default - IN CASE the USER accidentally forgets to fill-in the
DXbase User Option of "QTH Location" ..

So, Neal - there is NO BUG ...
