ALL: I just noticed that there was a NEW UPDATE to the XLS file for the CY2013 CQDXMarathon Award -- and, my eyes finally also saw that the MODE column had been changed earlier .. So, I have adjusted the exe file and have now made a NEW ZIP file for any DXbase2007 user who is into the CQ DX Marathon Award to be able to download ..
