When installing dxbase ver 10 on a new WIN 8 machine, the APP was blocked. I successfully installed by continuing but now everytime I start dxbase I get a dim screen/ unknown publisher dialog box. I have tried toggling the "run as administrator" setting to no avail. Also, in this configuration the DXBASE SDK link from HRD does not function. Any suggestions on how to get a clean install?
