After over a week of investigation trying to get DXBase 2007 to fill in the Summary Box and allow the initialization process to run, Neal solved the mystery. I thought the problem first was an SQL file that would not load during the upgrade process. Therefore, two people from Microsoft Support, Level 2, Technical support types, over a 5 day period finally recommend I approach the software owner. These fellows were located in New Delhi and our time difference was partially responsible for the extended time delay. This resulted in replacing WIN 7 with a newer, different version of WIN7 with several new additions. I contacted Neal and he worked his magic, MAYBE 5 MINUTES, and DXBase 2007 is up and running.
