My virus scan software (McAfee) has started reporting that a trojan ( profiler.gen.ac) is being loaded when I run DxBase 2007 ( version 1.06). I'm assuming that the Trojan has attached itself to the DxBase2007.exe file that the virus software is reporting. Interestingly when I do a san of the DxBase2007.exe file the virus scan software reports no problem ( sneaky trojan I guess). To solve the problem I think I need to replace the existing Dxbase2007.exe version 1.06 file with a clean copy. Can anyone help me with this? I'd really rather not do a whole clean install.
