Hi All, In the Shack I run Win 7 x64, I have DXB2007 1.09 loaded, and when I first tried to run the DXB Utility to compact the database it crashed and destroyed the database. Apparently I was missing dao350.dll which I tried adding per Joe's instructions but was unable do to do so due to an error something about it could not register the dll properly. It had dao360.dll already installed as part of the normal win 7 install.
After the failed registration I can now when I run the utility I get a box saying "Error creating temporary dbname" It does not crash the database anymore so I am making progress on the shack computer. I tried using the utility on my office computer, same database, same hardware, where I have DXB2007 1.09 loaded, also Win7 x64, I get the same error in my work install, same as home, I have only dao360.dll installed at work. Hummm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a new release available yet that better handles Win 7 X64 OS?
