Thanks for your input.  I'll take a look at it.  

I never have a problem with version 1.07 running on Windows 7.  I loaded it
in the Program Files(x86) folder and it launches fine on a non administrator
account.  I keep my database on the root of C so I can access it from
multiple accounts.
