HI, I see the instructions for installing windows 7 but not windows 8.1.
Also how do I modify the registration key file to work with 64 bit new computer. I am installing DXbase on a new 8.1 machine would appreciate any help. The windows help file patch does not download to my download directory. Or is it automatic in win 8.1?
