Knowing that the signal reports for JT65/JT9, etc is not compatible
with the current format for DXbase RSTS and RSTR field -- Would YOU want me to (within my BRIDGE) change the signal report of (such as) -03 (which can not be placed in the current RSTS/RSTR fields) to simply 03 when I send the actual RSTS/RSTR fields info to DXbase2007???? I would LEAVE the -03 (as is) when I post them into the NOTES field and the Special1/Special2 fields.
