In VE7CC's program, under the Configuration menu item, select the Ports/Logging Program item.
In the window that comes up, in the middle where it says Logging Program Connection, click the Enable Telnet checkbox, then click the Apply button, In DXBase Select the Tools->User Options and then click on Internet tab.
