After much to about nothing I now have both DXBase and VE7CC talking together as they should.
Nest step: Get the IC746Pro to behave normally with DXBase. I can get them to talk once in about ten minutes. I really must get them to speed up. I am using the same Radios.ini file as I used with my XP machine. After looking at both the old and new Radios.ini I don't see differences. I would like to talk to someone using the IC746Pro. Need to fine out what to change in the .ini file to speed things up.
