David, If you go to the Desktop ICON and right click on it - then select Properties ..
You should see the BUTTON named as : Change ICON CLick on that button and you should see ALL of the ICONs that are in the DXbase2007/Images subdirectory ... Click on the FAMILIAR ICON..
