السلام عليكم أ. سامر أقصد أن يكون أكلك متزن مع كمية الأنسلين ، يعني وجبة الغذاء مثلا مقدار معين فلاتتزيد عن هذا المقدار ولا تنقص فإذا أختلفت كمية الوجبةزيادة تعلم أن السكر سيزيد أو يقل إذا قلت الوجبة فيكون مقدار الأكل ثابتة لاكن يعض الأحيان أغير مقدار الأكل وأغير معاه كمية الأنسلين لاكن تأكد من الدكتور
