[Dynapi-Dev] setX setY and children

Is our setX and setY relative?
I mean if I have 2 layers layer A and child layer B. I set LayerB to
(10,10);
and then LayerA to (20,20) is LayerB still on (10,10) (document wise, this
means it will be invisible) or on (30,30)?
