I did have access violations when running under SSL. The culprets are two
line of code in dynlayer (I think, I'm not at my development machine right
now... will look it up later). Both lines have a background image set to
"javascript:null". We got around this setting this to the path + "blank.gif"
(a 1x1 pixel transparent gif). I'll follow up tomorrow.

Thats because splicing of arrays is not supported by IE before v5.5 on the
PC and not at all on the mac. I suggest we place a guard around the code to
fix the problem.

access violations in IE5.(Make sure you are testing 5 not 5.01 or 5.5).
This time I tried adding the splice code to the beginning of dynapi.js
Suddenly no page can open.
