Netscape

[Bench]

Netscape can't be detected by Enlightenment 0.13.3.
It won't execute and the error message is:

You don't have netscape installed.
You don't have  installed.

Is this normal?  How can you install netscape in enlightenment?
Netscape it seems can only be detected in Fvwm95.
