Has anyone ever actually received support? If so, please let me know how this is done! In about one year with e-gold, I can't recall a single question/problem ever being answered or addressed directly via e-mail. I am currently missing 8 transactions (spends into my account ) for which I received confirmations and batch #'s, but have not shown up in my account or history! How can I get some help on this?
